- Each response should be at least 100 words.
- One of the arguments for the defund the police movement is that most often, the police
(as an institution) and punishment are reactionary. Based on course content, in 100
words, please explain what is meant by this argument and why it is relevant to social
service work. (3 marks) - Create a short case study about a potential workplace situation. Apply what you would
have to consider in order to apply an anti-oppressive and intersectional framework (make
two separate points). Explain the importance of each point. Be as specific as possible. (3

directly from course content, explain your reason for choosing the article. Please include
a link to article. (3 marks) - What was your reaction to the sticky note activity about safety? How was it relevant to
the course content and SSW in general? (3 marks) - Define microaggressions and explain why they have been compared to mosquito bites. (3
marks) - What is your biggest take away from the course content between Week 2 and Week 6.
