Task: Based on the issue you chose for the presentation, you will write a 3500 word essay that develops an academic argument about the future of the issue.
Essays should include:
· An introduction to the essay that includes clear ‘sign-posting’ about what the essay covers including the argument that you will make.
· An introduction to the issue including historical, social, and/or political context
· A discussion of the key perspectives on the current issue
· An evidenced discussion of your argument. This might, for example, involve considerations of if and how the issue can/ should be addressed, resolved or changed.
· A conclusion that summarises your position.
· All in text citations and a reference list that follows APA 7th edition.
