Part B

After you have completed the case study, use the four tenets of nonviolent communication (observations, feelings, needs, and requests) to demonstrate how one person in your case study would communicate with the other person. Please provide direct quotes as well as an explanation as to you why you chose the quotes. Your direct quotes should not be quotes that are on the slides. Your quotes should not reword the quotes that are on the slides.

Part A

Create a case study (at least 50 words) that involves one person causing harm to another. As discussed in class, for the purpose of this course, we talked about harm that was not extremely violent. Therefore, your case study should not represent harm that is physically violent, an example of trauma, or part of a cycle of abuse.

Using your case study and course content, explain why a transformative justice approach would be appropriate and useful. Please make at least four different points.
