Figures & Tables: These must be simple, centered & numbered, and the titles of figure/table must be above the figure/table. Sources of figures/tables should be mentioned below them.

Citation & References: References should be cited in the text in the style prescribed in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (6th edn.).

Indicate the position of the reference in the text within brackets by the author’s last name and the year of publication; e.g.: “(Hooda, 1998)” or “as pointed out by Hannan and Freeman (1977)”, if it is part of a sentence.
